CHICKEN STEAK
Materials - materials:
2 pieces of chicken fillet 1 piece onion 1 piece tomato 1 1/2 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoon cooking wine / angciu 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
How to cook:
Prepare Soak Material:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 tsp cornstarch
Sugar (if necessary, I do not wear because the soy sauce that I use are very sweet)
complement:
French fries
carrots
snaps
peas
How to cook:
1. Cut the chicken fillet into thin slightly elongated
2. Prepare a bowl mix soy sauce, salt, pepper, nutmeg powder
3. Combine the chicken meat into a bowl, and stir until all the parts submerged. Add cornstarch, then stir again. Let stand or refrigerate for 20 minutes for flavors to infuse
4. While waiting for the chicken is ready, prepare supplementary materials (boiled carrots, beans, peas and fried potatoes)
5. Prepare teflon heat butter, saute onion
6. Once the onion scented enter the chicken is marinated and stir constantly while adding water that has been mixed with angciu. Oil should not be too large, so that the chicken does not burn and the flavors mingle
7. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce, a little soy sauce, salt, pepper and nutmeg to the water. Taste up to fit your taste.
8. Serve with french fries, carrots, beans and peas.
